I mean that I think AI makes it hard for *certain type* of SaaS products to be viable (compared to say 2015).

Too small and the companies may just vibe code a solution.

It is going to destroy component libraries, etc. I think.

But it might enable a few types/business models.

I think the best thing an organization could do to improve the effectiveness of Claude Code would be...

Spend a few sprints using Claude to just clean up your janky codebase.

Pay down your technical debt.

Refactor spaghetti code.

Your code is the context. Make it understandable to the LLM.

In the absense of AI, it would have been impossible to handle all of this but AI is your exoskeleton.

You need to be a generalist to know enough about marketing, etc. to be able to provide direction.

The key is to build build lots of margin and be OK to charge less.
