Mine never slept as an infant either. The kid is 18 now and I still wake up in the middle of the night if they do. Motherhood changes us, doesn’t it?

My aunt commented on how babies today don’t sleep through the night like hers did. Auntie, we aren’t tranquillizing our infants with our breast milk.

I get that. I’ve been through it with both shoulders. Both lasted about a year and required cortisone shots to completely resolve. Physical therapy was extremely helpful in the healing process.

I hope you continue to find relief. Perimenopause can just walk all the way off.
