When Congress - apparently unintentionally - cut DC's budget by $1.1B in March, the Senate passed a fix. Trump said he wanted the House to pass it "immediately". Speaker Johnson said it just a matter of scheduling.
Today, the House will vote on 2 other DC-related bills, but not the budget fix.
