Reed’s going to offer Sue a small smile with him carefully allowing his hand to brush against her stomach for a few seconds before finally letting out a faint sigh.

“I’m also worried about my sister. She’s not been getting enough sleep recently. I’m starting to miss how energetic she was.”

“You are not the problem Sue. I just didn’t want to diminish your excitement for our new child with the idea of something like Galactus happening again. I’m terrified about it.”

Reed is going to move closer to his wife and carefully rests a hand against her stomach. “I’m worried about it.”

But Reed could tell that Sue wasn’t asleep from the sounds of her breathing with him soon letting out a little bit of a sigh whilst allowing a hand to come rest against her leg.

“It’s not that I’m not excited about another child. I’m worried this could become another Franklin situation.”

Reed is still stood in the doorway of Franklin’s room with him letting out a soft sigh. He’s also calling for Herbie and asks if he can start making a suitable bed for their son before following Sue.

Reed’s going to carefully take off his tie and soon just sits on the edge of the bed with a frown.

“It’s fine. I’m quite used to your cranky moods especially when you are hormonal. Just- please just get some rest Sue. You honestly need it more than I do right now.”

Reed’s still feeling a little bit on edge, his attention mostly on the sheets as he’s trying to smooth them out once again.

Reed’s going to nod his head softly, staying silent since he doesn’t want to get told off or do something that could upset Sue so is now going to glance down at the sheets.

“He doesn’t need that crib anymore. Franklin’s too old for it Sue. He’s nearly four. It’s quite impractical for him.”

Reed is going to go quiet at that, his gaze glancing down onto the floor as he’s taking a deep breath but isn’t quite sure what to say that won’t be met with a snappy response from his wife.

He is about to flee to the lab but sees the look on Janet‘s face so goes into his bedroom without a word.

Reed knows that he’s messed up especially since Ben had come in to tell him that Sue isn’t happy. After spending a few more hours in the lab, Reed’s going to Franklin’s room and leans against the doorway.

He’s not even sure if Sue wants him there so is kind of lingering awkwardly in the doorway.

Reed would remain in the lab with Janet pretty much for the rest of the night, the two working on their experiment until they both fell asleep on the couch.

Reed would wake up first, glancing over at Janet and carefully wrapped a blanket around her before rubbing his eyes and sighs.

Reed’s currently absorbed in his work when he feels Janet gently tap his shoulder and says that Sue wants him with Reed’s head popping up and finally let’s out a small sigh.

“We are alright Sue.” He answered a little bit fearful since he didn’t want to face his rather hormonal wife right now.

Reed is going to jump almost immediately when he hears Sue call his name, a groan leaving his lips as he’s going to look at Janet and give her a little bit of an apologetic smile

“I apologise for that Janet. Now let’s get back to what we were looking at shall we?”

Reed is going to grumble something underneath his breath about how he finds this ridiculous and that science is her gift with him soon going back over to Janet to see the calculations.

Reed’s going to then put on his glasses as he’s picking up the paper and reads it. “This is impressive.”

Reed is going to visibly flinch at the way that Sue is using a stern tone in her voice and is soon pinching his nose ever so slightly before his hands come to rest against his hips.

“Alright fine we can pay her. Can you help her set up a bank account? I don’t think she knows how to do that.”

Reed is going to let out a faint sigh when he sees the way that Sue’s got her arms crossed over her chest and let’s out a little bit of a restrained sigh whilst glancing at Sue now.

“Fine we shall discuss a payment for her. But Janet was really insistent on not wanting to be paid for her work here”

“But Janet said she doesn’t want to be paid and I happily gave her a room in the Baxter building. Sue please don’t you think we should treat it like an internship? We don’t pay interns.”

Reed’s hands are going to rest against his hips, a frown on his face as he’s trying to understand the situation.

“Well I was in need of a new assistant anyways darling and besides she’s smart, brilliant and she actually challenges my decisions and calculations.”

Reed is going to let out a little bit of a soft chuckle now as he’s carefully leading Sue over to Janet’s area of the lab.

Reed is going to let out a faint chuckle at his wife’s words, a hand coming to rest gently against her stomach so he can feel their unborn child.

“You know I do need to tell you that I have hired a new lab assistant. She’s an absolute genius! Figured out my chemical calculations in seconds.”

Reed is going to let out a soft chuckle, pressing a soft kiss to the side of Sue’s forehead before taking a deep breath once again to try and regulate his breathing.

“Well if you would like to know it was very handy in terms of reliving all of the stress that I was feeling today.”

Reed is going to let out a soft chuckle, leaning down to press a soft kiss against the top of his wife’s forehead before finally pulling out slowly so that he doesn’t hurt her.

“Well I will admit that is the most scientific experiment I have ever done in the lab that was worth it.”

Reed is letting out another series of grunts and groans of his own, enjoying the way that his wife is climaxing around him. Reed also isn’t lasting long himself and with one push would nut deep inside of her.

“Oh god my darling you feel so perfect. Let me stay here for a few more minutes please.”

Reed is quite proud of himself for being able to make his wife feel so much pleasure and isn’t even stopping with the way that he’s pounding into her.

Reed is rather satisfied with the results to his little experiment and is indeed turned on at the way that Sue is letting out a rather impatient whimper.

Reed doesn’t waste another second and is soon sliding inside of his wife and begins to start pounding into her whilst holding her waist.

Reed is going to let that sink in as he wants to see what exactly will be his wife’s reaction to his words.
