A woman at work told me she thought Spanish was my first language since she hears me speaking it with folks sometimes. Such a great compliment considering my proficiency level.

The last time this happened to me was when I was exploring the Septicflesh discography.

Why should I pay taxes to a corrupt government that is $38 trillion in debt and cannot function while politicians request more money for weapons to harm and kill people across the globe?

Indeed. I’m pretty solid about my hydration overall. But many people overlook this aspect of health these days.

One thing I learned the past three months of bulking is that I was not eating enough food in general for my size and activity levels. Being a large human who lift weights, walks miles each day, and practicing martial arts requires a lot calories. Eating more resulted in less fatigue and muscle pain.
