And removing trans rights is not in the interest of most people.

The quality of legislation is not strained!! A good law is one that is fair, clear, known, enforceable, and stable, and it should protect the rule of law and human rights. It should also be in the interest of the people, not discriminate, and be reasonable, not too harsh or rigid.

The destruction of human rights is a perfectly valid reason to be taken to court.
