Labour & Reform both wish to privatise the NHS, different models but the idea is to cut funding & make you pay more. But as Dr Goyle says better healthcare needs proper funding & the UK is way down the European league of funding healthcare. x.com/danielgoyal/...

Huge donations for Labour Together’s slush fund (funding for Scottish Labour MPs) came from a small group of very rich people in London, aligned with the policies of the current Israeli right-wing govt.
Why would Labour MPs in Scotland see *illegal* Israeli wars & colonialism as a cause to support?
Anas Sarwar belongs to this same Labour Party, not the mythical “Scottish Labour Party” which doesn’t actually exist, but this same Labour Party, led by Starmer, Reeves, Reed , Hodge & Mandelson & McSweeney.
youtu.be/Ej8kkbPGKK8?...
After Robbin’s 2 hours of evidence, Starmer is toast.
Key Q yet at the time no one in the MSM asked this. The Herald, Scotsman, D/Record Mirror, Times & the presstitutes on LBC / BBC CHEERED Starmer’s choice as pure genius!
Miliband: "Theres a Q here for your viewers which is, PM's are fallible, just like all of us"
Has any viewer given a top govt job to a man who's been sacked twice, who's surrounded by allegations of corruption with a Putin oligarch & who was a billionaire paedophiles best pal?
Harriet Williamson on #NovaraLive: "the stench of Labour Together is all over this.. that's what was so important about what John McDonnell said.. Labour Together was the most hollow project from the get go & it was filled with some of the most unscrupulous & mendacious people in British politics"🎯
You can actually see the moment Ed Miliband thinks, what's the point burning through whatever political credibility I've got left energetically defending a man who's going to be gone in a matter of weeks.
Olly Robbins: "When I walked into post.. I wasn't walking into a vacuum. I arrived to a situation in which a due diligence report had been undertaken.. the name had been submitted to the king, the PM had made an announcement that Mandelson was his nominee without caveats.. "
The govt announced that Mandelson was the new ambassador to the US before security vetting had been done
Olly Robbins explains that at no point did the government stipulate the appointment was subject to vetting.
Olly Robbins: "Throughout January.. my office.. was under constant pressure.. constant chasing.. has this been delivered yet.."
Robbins is asked who was the source of the pressure.
Robbins refuses to name names.
Pressed, he says the pressure came from no.10's private office
The man behind Olly Robbins is Dave Penman, General Secretary of the FDA, the trade union representing senior civil servants.
The message here? Join a union and have your union rep with you when you need them!
Olly Robins is asked, what would have happened if clearance had been denied.
Robbins acknowledges "[it] would have been a very difficult problem, & a difficult problem I would have been landing the foreign secretary with & the PM with"
Well…President Tump posted on social media that he agreed that Sir Keir had exercised "wrong judgment" when appointingMandelson and added: "I agree, he was a really bad pick”
Robbins said no.10 put pressure on the foreign office to give Matthew Doyle a job & not tell the foreign secretary!
Doyle is the man Starmer subsequently gave a peerage to despite the fact he'd campaigned for someone who'd been charged with possessing indecent images of children
Olly Robbins is asked, do you regret granting security clearance for Mandelson?
Robbins says he regrets that the vetting wasn't done before & he regrets that the due diligence process didn't colour the PMs judgement.
Pointing the finger clearly at Starmer.
Olly Robbins: "One of the most important misunderstandings, UK Security Vetting do not deny clearance in the foreign office. They make findings and they make recommendations.. the foreign office grants or denies clearance.."
"The PM was asked.. did the PM ask him why he overruled the verdict.. the PM replied, I did ask him and I did not accept his explanation. Did the PM ask you?"
Robbins: ".. I must remain quiet on that.."
"Is it fair to say he did ask you?"
"I must reserve my position on that.."

Devastating for #Gaza 💔 but not surprising. When #PublicHealth infrastructure breaks down, we lose #vaccines, #diagnostics and #medicine. Viral #hepatitis is completely invisible… until it’s too late. Urging advocacy for health in the region. #MedSky #IDSky 🧪
It has been awful to see viral hepatitis spreading in Gaza for want of medicine. Doubly so because it creates a reservoir of infection which can spread more widely.
Starmer: a so-called forensic KC who asked no Qs & is devoid of curiosity, *appointed* Mandelson - twice sacked & closely associated with a notorious paedophile who he described as his ‘best pal’. Vetting issues are a smokescreen. Starmer not revealing that his rise to power owes much to Mandelson.
Sarwar is of course another bare faced Labour liar. This is Scottish Labour’s plan for GPs if Labour get into office. Sarwar as the Scotttish Labour branch manager will be expected to make NHS savings for his bosses in London - by importing Labour policies from England

Starmer has assured MPs that he “takes full responsibility” but does he? The decision to appoint as US ambassador a man who was twice sacked by Blair with close association with Epstein was Starmer’s alone.
But the consequences always fall on someone else: his latest sacking is now Olly Robbins.
FT: During a 2.5 hr session, Starmer was accused of weak leadership, scapegoating officials & wilful ignorance over Mandelson’s vetting failure ahead of his appointment as US ambassador.
Most Labour MPs believe Starmer’s position is not at immediate risk, but Mandelson saga is sapping his authority
The fact that he even considered Mandelson for the role is proof enough that he has no political or moral judgement at all.
Contrary to what Sarwar says, more Labour Austerity is coming from the Westminster Labour regime.
Sam Coates reports "We've got some breaking news"
It turns out that the head of the civil service told Starmer he should get all the security vetting done before he announced who'd be the new ambassador
"Clearly Starmer chose not to do that, [he] chose to ignore formal advice"
Reza Pahlavi now: "We never sought military intervention in our country"
Reza Pahlavi then: "Only a military intervention at this point could level the playing field"
