Yep, it’s not hard at all. YouTube your kindle’s model number and “battery replacement,” then track down a kit online. I’ve used eBay for my replacement kits and it’s worked well. No soldering needed, typically just a pry tool and a small screwdriver (most kits include these tools).

It’s also WAY EASY to replace the battery if/when it starts to fail. YouTube is your friend.

If this had a real impact, wouldn’t the Dodgers have trouble attracting players - and the Cowboys be dominant? Aren’t professional athletes taxed at each venue (where they “earn” their money each game) so they still pay income tax all around the country? It won’t have much impact IMHO.

Big money for a prospect, but the CBA expiring in October must have been factored in too? This could end up being a huge bargain in the end (Think of Julio’s deal).

Timing isn’t that weird when you think about the CBA expiring in October. This is a hedge of sorts.

Mariners.TV is $99/season, well under $1/game. It’s a bargain. You’ll spend that on one trip to T-mobile Park. They haven’t been free-to-watch for ages.

Now that is true. Those national games (Fox, Peacock/NBC, Apple, etc) don’t show up on Mariners.TV. They didn’t show up on Root either-this is an MLB thing, and does suck.

These games will still be on Mariners.TV though? Doesn’t really complicate things, just gives folks who have cut cable and don’t want to pay for Mariners.TV a free way to see ten more games this year.

I am in your camp - cancelled cable about two years ago and have happily paid to stream the Mariners since exiting Xfinity. $100/season is less than a buck a game! It’s a bargain. Hope the platform works better than the ROOT stream did last year, tho.
