Walter Korpi is like the god Father of #socialpolicy & father of RC19. A massive loss. He was academically active until recently writing hits even in his 80s. He will be missed. Condolences to his family and friends.

In any case these are exciting times for the scholarship, new and interesting works are published daily.
I loved Pierre-Marc's emphasis on time, money and effort, I've seen all three in the field. I agree about the weighting, though it would be challenging to measure. Another thing we need to advance is what triggers these costs. A multi-level model of costs and triggers can also be a leap forward.
