Tip for novice runners: You do not need to carry/drink water on most of your runs.
As long as you're hydrated going in, you'll be fine. You don't need water on a 60min run.
Save lugging around hydration stuff for long runs.

📣 Our NEW study on AI chatbots & medical misinformation: bmjopen.bmj.com/content/16/4... cc @ualberta.bsky.social
"...chatbots performed poorly when answering questions in misinformation-prone health and medical fields."
Absolutely! Scale and value are so deeply misunderstood. @guykawasaki.bsky.social knows the difference between mere flash and substance.
Strategy and preparedness in health systems can learn from other contexts like the recent incident in Finland where one of the most prepared countries in the world missed something that was right under their nose.
Reading a great piece from @pburtsoff.bsky.social in Monocle inspired some parallels between what we just saw in Finland and healthcare preparedness and readiness. We can learn from the Finns #healthcare #strategy censemaking.com/2026/04/15/s...

Love this. Slow down. Be tangible. Do it in person when you can. Engage as many of the senses as possible. Challenge participants to create, not just think. Challenge participants to pause, not just create. Inspire interaction with reflection. Make it beautiful. Listen a lot. (thanks for asking!)
A terrific profile of some of the many ways indigenous design is being practiced across Turtle Island from Metropolis Magazine metropolismag.com/viewpoints/h... #design #indigenousdesign
The #1 factor determining whether a training program will work or not is belief. If you don’t have buy-in, even if the training is perfect, it’s not going to work.
Decisions are at the core of any strategic action, yet it's remarkable how little attention we pay to designing the conditions to make them in ways that fit with our values and how we want to be. It's a reminder for any theory of change or strategic plan design.
“Your capacity to say ‘No’ determines your capacity to say ‘Yes’ to greater things.” – E. Stanley Jones via @momentumdash.bsky.social. (such wise words, harder said than done)
What was common value is now (almost) exceptional design. I just started (fast-forwarded) through another podcast where it wasn't until MINUTE FIVE that it got past all the ads, promotions for courses, self-congratulations and so on. This is terrible. It's far too common as well.
“Don't let the noise of others' opinions drown out your own inner voice. Have the courage to follow your own heart and intuition.” – Steve Jobs via @momentumdash.bsky.social
If writing is about thinking as much as communicating. What does prompting give us? It removes the authoring and the thinking. What's left?

Impact without evaluation isn’t impact — it’s a hypothesis.
You might be right.
You’re probably missing half the story.
Evaluation is how we find the hidden gems and learn from the rough.

How sad. What a career and what laughs she brought us along the way.
What happens when the wisdom we need isn't helping us understand where we are. How complexity thinking can help us at least see where the folly is censemaking.com/2026/01/29/w...
The Cynefin Framework is a great place to start your exploration of complexity in systems in order to design better things

What a gift - thanks, Guy.
I can't say enough about how much I like @milanote.bsky.social as a resource. It's one of the few tools that balances an ordered, text-oriented approach to organizing things with a visual, fluid and flexible way of adding and creating. #tools #tips

Great interview. Lots to learn about resiliency, hope, and bravery. Practical as it is inspirational. Thanks for another great interview @guykawasaki.bsky.social
What is Strategic Design and why does it matter to what we're looking to accomplish in advancing health and social impact? This post from @censemaking.bsky.social profiles it www.cense.ca/strategy-as-... #strategicdesign
High-performing people don’t go it alone.
Athletes, artists, chess masters all rely on coaches—people who see what they can’t.
Leaders in health & social impact are no different.
It’s how clarity is built in complexity. See 2026 with new eyes.

I'm not a fan of the trend toward line-based writing. I really don't like reading an article that's 25 separate lines. Paragraphs worked for centuries; very few writers are so profound that their prose requires distinct separation of every sentence.
