once again i am Thinking about the people who feel like they need to give up fandom or creative interests because they have "grown up." do you think adults don't get to have fun? do you think life is fundamentally over after youth? do you think life is abt punishing yourself for the sin of existing?

If you buy her products, this is what you fund. An actual hate movement based on misinformation and right wing substacks. A movement that any even slightly non-conforming woman is now literally in danger from. Actual lives are more important than your Hogwarts House.

I’m looking forward to The Perfect Court because I do think that one will be really interesting and give us significant insight into the past of multiple characters…The Queen’s Game though…morale is low 😅

I’ve grown to love him so much over the years, so it also makes me sad that I’m not likely to enjoy his books 😩 I’m truly anticipating being so pissed off while reading

To add to that, the growth and change needed from BOTH of them for their relationship to work out in a way that wouldn’t boil my blood would require far more than one novel to accomplish. I just wish Nora would give him a new love interest 😩 but I have 0 faith in that.

I genuinely don’t think Thea is what’s best for him 😩 I feel like all the other characters (so far) have been given love interests that help them grow and change as people…and Thea simply isn’t that. I think she keeps Kevin stuck in cycles he should break.

So my true fear is she’s about to MAKE canon a bunch of things I’m going to HATE 🥲

I want to be excited about the new aftg books, but I truly don’t trust Nora with Kevin’s future 😭 I love him so much, but I’ve loathed everything she’s said about him outside canon

It’s infuriating to me that he never tells her ANYTHING and then I’m supposed to believe he loves her 😩

I deeply dislike Thea…but mostly for reasons that are out of her control aka Kevin never tells her anything, so she always says the most hateful things ever based on inaccurate info.

I’m literally so upset by these book announcements 😭 I’m going to read them, but I’m going to suffer every second. I can’t stand Nora’s perspective on Kevin’s life choices
