It’s the temperature of the water you need to worry about. Seen it first hand in Connecticut

Nice! I'm getting ready to tie some flies for a friend in Maine for Stripers and Blues. Its funny, he taught me to tie in the 1970s but gave it up a long time ago. There is one thing I miss about New England and that's driving the beaches chasing the birds.
Any chance at all that we can watch something fun without that Jackass horning in on it?
I do it all too often. People are just ridiculous

They did the same thing they did in 2017: They passed a House rules package that says that land transfers are assumed to be budget neutral, even if that's not the case. Trying to grease the skids for getting rid of federal public land. Take action: action.outdooralliance.org/a/house-rule...
Yeah he is a bit annoying. I’m nobody and even I would see the problems in his “ scholarship”. I’ve never understood how these kinds of people rise above everyone else. Same thing with the plagiarists.

That would be so cool! Good for you!
Laughter is so important I think
I love this and can really relate because I’m married to my best friend too.
I also love all the supportive comments, because in the Bad Place this beautiful sentiment would have copped idiotic flak (à la that nice woman whose crime was that she enjoyed morning coffee with her husband).
I’m part of this group too. 38 years now.We constantly say how lucky we are.
Yeah, amazing changes since the late 90s. Houses and people everywhere. The river is doing ok but we need a big snow year up there and down here in the Bozeman/Ennis area.
You bet!
I hear you! And such a great call out, John. Island Park is the gateway to so many epic waters, but it’s no secret.

Last Chance, Idaho which is part of Island Park which is the home of The Henry's Fork of the Snake River. Better hurry though. Man is it changing and not for the better.

You sure don’t want to depend on us for anything as long as the new regime is in power. They will use it against you
Its fascinating to be honest.
The saga continues! Give it a read if you have a moment. A New England Yankee hunting in his new home, the mountains of South Central Montana. Just him, a good friend who knows what he is doing and a couple sturdy horses in snow up to the horses chests.

Five hours of daylight? Wow. I’m not sure how I would do with that!
