My cycle is 50+ days long and most of it is the luteal phase where I have severe PMS and depression. Menstruation is about 10 days long and it is so painful it feels like a punishments for being alive. Can’t wait to throw the whole pelvic floor in the trash.

Tube feeding and fluids have already helped this guy reverse course and he’s up 8g in 12 hours. We have a comprehensive plan for supporting him while he fights his fight and we’re watching his sister Lal very closely (though she’s gained 14g since last night, enjoying having mom all to herself!)

One thing I miss about Thailand is the access to healthcare. I could just walked across the street to get a same day appointment with a gynecologist without referral or insurance. I got a diagnosis and treatment in 2 hours and It didn’t cost an arm and a leg.
