However, there's an episode where he does try to remove T-Bone's mask after he captures the SWAT Kats; and the only thing that stops him is Callie's quick thinking.
Considering how dangerous the evil SWAT Kats are supposed to be; I am never getting over how the animation failed to notice Felina pullinga very rookie mistake by not only cuffing them in the front, but leaving them armed and dangerous.
