Let me start by saying you have a great eye for shapes and design! All your characters are cute and vibrant. There are lots of paths to continue down, so I'll just give my personal preference. You tend to draw your characters straight on. Maybe you can play with different camera angles?

I loved the angular designs so much that it inspired my first attempt at an art style. I've developed a softer style over the years but I like to think you can still see some of the influence.

I feel you there. Tried setting deadlines, but things got busy at work and I ended up burning trying to meet them. Currently just working at my own pace. Not efficient but feels better.
