The tl;dr is that after promising a "back to basics" patch, everything is still pretty much the same. A lot of characters are even buffed and nerfs are few and far between. This would've been ok as a S2.5 patch, not a S3 patch

So from what I gathered from the SF and Tekken bros. The patch notes are basically this:

HoMM III is a nearly perfect game. Art style is timeless, great soundtrack, endless replayability, runs on a toaster, and a bunch of people mainly from Eastern Europe but also from China have kept the game alive through new maps, mods, etc.

This seems eerily similar to Verstappen's crash in quali... I hope this isn't a trend
