Now my meds are making me feel ill.. hoping the bloodtests will indicate I can go on a lower dose because this is not fun and exhausting 😮‍💨

And even though I know how to deal with darker thoughts after years of therapy some just like to slip through every now and then on how I would be less of a burden to everyone if I just left

I guess I just hate that everything I do ... I do alone

Just writing these things to vent it out, I don't have anyone close to me to do that so this usually helps ... hate it that I once isolated myself (severe depression, ptsd, anxiety disorders) and still dealing with the consequences of that...

And sometimes I wonder if what I make is ' too serious' that I should be making more daft things or if that's just me being negative about myself ( because I'm good at that) just hammering myself and my things into the ground.. it sounds childish ... seeking for praise...or approval

And sometimes it's just my body saying 'no .. you need a nap now' hating that too, the limits I sometimes have because or this stupid illness

Sometimes I do them in one go but with a pair of fresh eyes a day or couple of days after helps me to spot mistakes and correct things
