As a trauma therapist, my heart aches for those who are being set up to experience the biggest trauma of their whole lives potentially. The right to exist is a basic human right. To act/vote against another’s right to exist is abusive.
You are only as healthy as your most aware thoughts.
Life relies on your emotional flow. If you are blocked emotionally you will be blocked in money, relationships and health. Feeling your feelings allows for life to flow towards your highest, most optimum good. Easily.

What the world is experiencing is the desperate clinging to the old, outdated ways of living. We see this on the human level in politics, wars, devastation and destruction of humanity, fights for control, power, greed and in ego growth rather than soul growth. Those who cannot evolve will fall away.
Keep in mind that the world is going through a collective shift, we are evolving and leveling up our consciousness. As this shift is emotional, it is asking all of us to embody compassion, empathy and universal love. The more we feel our feelings the more empowered we become.
