Similarly, it brings me no joy to report that I realized the other day how many people born in 2010 will vote in the 2028 elections. I realize this is how time and math work, but it feels like a deep violence against me that they do.

I took a chance trying @americanair.bsky.social with this trip. The way their support treated me today, not sure I'll fly them ever again.

And have to figure out how to pack for cold weather for 3 for over a week in 3 carryons, since American won't support their customers.

I know we're not the only family in this situation. American's refusal to properly support their customers is unacceptable.

When I asked 3 different @americanair.bsky.social customer service agents how, exactly, we're supposed to check bags at 4am and make a 530am flight if TSA takes 2 hours, the response was "that's enough time." When I explained basic math says otherwise, they said "you figure it out"

So, TSA lines at ATL are reported to be 2+ hours, even at 3am. @americanair.bsky.social hasn't adjusted their desk hours to accommodate, still opening at 4am.
