I got halfway through Winton’s juice before I decided there’s enough dystopia around without making it my leisure pursuit. An starting on the catholic one, trying not to be put off - at least it has lovely big print and space between the lines.

And in the US it appears they may only use ‘line’. Giving a lecture at UNC and nobody knew what I was talking about, I was later told they presumed an Australian artefact of some kind.
