I made a procedural heart in the game engine. As always, it uses only characters from a regular keyboard. The glyphs don't rotate/scale. The heart is 100% procedural. No models just formulas.

An array of 5x5 sprites on a checkerboard grid. Each sprite is 20x20 pixels. The whole thing is framed by simple vines. Each sprite is a solid color. The top row is people, an angel, and a deer. The middle 3 rows are weird monsters inspired by marginalia. The bottom row is knights.

I'm once again working on sprites for some sort of Arthurian roguelike. Taking a lot of inspiration from marginalia.
