Yes. We. Do.
We’re NOT bragging that we SAW. THIS. COMING about potential Congressional mandates regarding SBA EIDL collection enforcement.

On July 30th, in 1953, SBA was established.
From our experience, SBA has lost its way.

This is not the place, but just in case…(since it rhymes!!! Haha)
CONGRESS WILL LIKELY NOT FORGIVE THE SBA COVID EIDL PROGRAM IN ANY NEAR FUTURE UNIVERSE.
Like, save and share if you know business owners who have a COVID EIDL.
This was fun of edit!!!

Do not even ask HOW we came up with this design....
I'm not trying to be coy. We get the emails EVERY DAY.
Damage is usually done by the time they come to us.
It doesn't have to be that way.
I'M NOT trying to be coy but we've seen this THOUSANDS OF TIMES.

I loved getting this text just now about our @eidlconsulting.com @EIDLExperts youtube channel.
Hi Trevor and Linda, I came across your YouTube channel while researching the COVID EIDL loan, and just wanted to send a heartfelt thank you for everything you're doing for small business owners like us. My husband and I have spent nearly 20 years in the restaurant industry, and it's been a labor of love. After COVID and a brutal 2.5-year road construction project that cut off access to our front door, we've done everything we can to stay afloat; using our savings to cover payroll, taxes, and operations. We've now reached a point where we need to make the difficult decision to close our restaurant. It's time for us to start thinking about the next chapter and hopefully retire from the industry with some peace of mind. We really connected with your honesty and clarity, it was reassuring to hear others are also trying to do the right thing by their people and their lenders. Our EIDL loan is under $200K, and thankfully, our lease (with 3 years remaining) doesn't hold us personally liable if we exit early. That said, we're trying to be very careful. Our landlord is currently going through foreclosure with their lender, and we're their only commercial tenant in the apartment building, which adds another layer of uncertainty. We've just reached out to our attorney to review our lease and EIDL docs, and while we're waiting to hear back, we're doing our homework to understand the process and implications of closing properly, particularly how to notify the SBA through the ALA and what risks there might be related to our business assets being tied to the loan. When the time is right and we've reviewed everything with our attorney, we'd love the chance to schedule a one-on-one consultation with you. We value your experience and perspective, and we want to make sure we're doing things the right way. We'd also be curious to hear about any examples or insights you've come across in helping others navigate this process. Thanks again for all the light and support you bring....
This made our FRIDAY the 13th. It's not that hard to be kind to strangers y'all. New Hub Hero sent this email.
If you or someone you know is a business owner with a COVID EIDL, please watch and share.

When someone gets the difference between:
1. Too expensive
2. I can't afford you
When people ask for expert help and expect it for free, they're not running a business, they have an expensive hobby.
When they say, “You’re too expensive,” we reply "Compared to what?" and then we wait. haha
If you want to make sure you're supporting a PRO-DEMOCRACY BUSINESS OWNER, you found us!! haha

we’re here trying to arm you with facts that no one else is talking about, so you can protect your business and your future.
If that feels like “sadness” to you, maybe it’s worth asking:
a. Is it sad? or
b. Is it just true and uncomfortable?

1. Worst-case-scenario drama they can rubberneck, or
2. Fluffy, fluffy-white-clouds-on-a-sunny-day BS
It’s annoying AF. We don’t make the rules;
2/
...dealing with the aftermath of government lending programs that were poorly executed and are now confusing AF to navigate.
But here’s the reality: Most people these days only engage when content falls into one of two buckets:
YOUTUBE COMMENT that reads: "Your information is all about sadness no forgiveness no hardship no chances Come on found some good news for Americans people are struggling" (No periods or commas FYI BTW)

This comment from a viewer…telling us our videos are all about sadness, made me sad. Not because they’re right. (They’re not.) But because it reveals a glaring lack of situational awareness.
We’re here talking about real issues affecting real small business owners...
yup. it's infuriating. she's such a poser.
It was fun editing this. TREVOR was literally losing his mind all over the place in today's EIDL CHATTER.
If you know a business with a COVID EIDL, please share this.

When businesses need a govt agency (SBA) that supports them, we're flying solo with no net.
All SBA knows how to do is echo DOGE BS.
The COVID EIDL program is a disaster.
Businesses are going out of business. We have a limp CONGRESS doing NOTHING for WE THE PEOPLE.
youtu.be/Xfp5Cf-GIRg
We coukd mirror that statement and say, WE THE PEOPLE thought the GOP would recognize that their leader is a vile greedy corrupt felon POS.
So there’s that.
ANYONE IN IOWA? Joni Ernst is the Chair of the U.S. Senate Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship.
She's also the heartless POS behind the directives for EIDL collections that are putting small businesses out of business.

We see MANY folks who experience valid worry, stress, concern, and confusion with this EIDL issue.
Trevor breaks it down.

We will never stop promoting the nice things people say. Especially since we do have our fair share of trolls that are so dim-wittedly entertaining.....
image of linda rey and trevor with a google review that reads: "My 60 min consultation with Trevor achieved its objective and was money well spent! His thorough knowledge of the COVID EIDL Loan program is impressive. To make the most of your consult with him, I suggest you come prepared with specific questions/concerns which will allow Trevor to give you specific, direct, and no nonsense answers. He even followed up our conversation with an informative email which truly shows me that he is genuine about the expertise he so passionately shares. Thank you."
All we do is ask, and when clients share their experiences, we are grateful. I'd be remiss if we didn't share. We've extended the calendar due to the response but have now limited it to tuesdays only as we march into the month of June: meetings.hubspot.com/trevor/one-h...
