Yet again, I wish for one single week without legitimate news stories that read like headlines from The Onion. The government randomly decides to pick fights with a Chinese AI, and then after formally banning it, Sam Altman says he made a deal to bring AI to the government.
I really just want one day each week where there isn’t an insane news headline or story. Just one. So far we’re 0 for 5. But tomorrow is Saturday and we can yet again hope.
Dude hasn’t even been inaugurated yet, and I’ve already seen enough posts on Facebook that I’m insanely close to deactivating it. The ignorance and conspiracy theories are off the charts.

Like he plays at half-ass speed/power or less for most games these last few seasons. And yet he still continues to remain a top athlete and relevant every single game for 2 decades.
I think after this NBA season ends, there should be zero discussion about LeBron. Like no more bs on talk shows or anything. The man has been here 20 years and after two decades, there’s still no one who can match him step for step. Not his own kids. Not the veterans. It’s unreal.
It’s been ages since I’ve found myself trying to find music I hear in a movie or tv show. Usually it’s just music to fit a type or style of scene.
But so far I’ve been looking up each song in every episode of Landman. They nail the emotional expression so well.
These last few Sunday evening NFL games have been wild in the last hour. Seattle almost pulling off a win but throwing a last minute INT. Buffalo trailing NE at halftime, and pushing out a goal line fumble to take a solid lead in the 4th quarter.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when Adam announced he was re-joining Three Days Grace and sharing vocals with Matt. Needless to say, this track is a banger and I’m gonna need a huge 30 track double album for their next release.

So much depth in the bass lines and drums, but even more in all the overlaid vocals and adlibs she does.
The whole album is just elevated.

I never thought I’d notice a difference of music quality on a large speaker system (read as non-headphones) once you just use lossless for everything. But Dolby Atmos in surround sound is unreal. So many tiny little sounds that add color to songs you thought you knew.
Not to mention the inclusion of the iconic Kevin James NASCAR intro as part of a breakdown on Empyhanded.

Every listen of this deluxe edition the songs just get better and better. They’re so catchy and easy to groove to.

Didn’t expect to own a welder when I woke up this morning. But the local Harbor Freight had 2 on open-box clearance “as-is”. Usually $125/$135 depending on the time of year. Got it for $69.99. So naturally now I’m a welder because I have 5 days to make sure it works as the grace period for returns

Cannot stop playing this lately. The vocal harmonies paint such a soundscape on their own. The instrumentals just take it to another level.

Two outstanding albums released on the same day. I think my favorite thing right now is that both albums play nonstop like one long track, and I can’t yet pick favorite songs because of that.
