Hi! It might be the time to start removing the dust from this account, don't you think? Apparently we've been cooking for quite a few years.

We are aware of a recent bug that makes the touch UI to disappear.

This seems related to iOS 26 when you have a gamepad paired (even though it is turned off).

Unpairing or turning it on and off seems to fix it for good.
