Quick life update now that my bsky isn't DEAD so basically what happened:

- finished first part of entry exam
- got a date for colonscopy
- found out my dad has HOCM which is a genetic heart condition that I have a 50% chance of having inherited

so lots of chaos and busy stuff 🫡🫡

turns out the reason I've been feeling even worse randomly lately with my fatigue and headaches being worse than usually is cause my inflammation levels have doubled 😭

im used to having chronic inflammation (crp at around 8-15 mg / l) but now it's double at 30mg/l

its such a shit platform rn lk 🫠

this is actually so fucking dystopian i might consider moving to yt for real for once :DDDDDDDDD
