I find doing a quick Body scan meditation helps me fall back to sleep. YouTube has several good guided Body scan meditations.
I would suggest Meditation, a little breath work and a definite pulling away from too much screentime. Get comfortable in you own head. The best "Me Time."

I was just thinking about that, after reading about a fighter Jet crew that had to ditch. I remember lots of near misses recently but all of these where crashes that claimed lives. Wow

Birds are so relaxing to watch, to me, and we seem to have a wide selection of sizes in my area. I actually have named several Turkey Vultures who frequent my neighborhood. :)
Another anthology of short stories perhaps, so many story possibilities on the Hill, currently.
