Self-hosted solutions is golden 🔥 Hyperdx is a great OSS which can be self-hosted.

Had a bit to high invoice (more than all my costs combined) last month so moved over to the self-hosted solution.

Works great!

It has worked great but rather want to skip the hassle with webhooks and now I want some custom flows and its just harder to do with clerk.

Another big reason is that self-hosting openpanel will be a lot easier for folks since it will not have any dependencies to external services.

It’s great to get going with auth but then (imo) it’s not so great anymore.

I want some custom things, want to avoid webhook race conditions etc. Many small things that had made me want to move away.
