Went to see Buddha of Suburbia (Hanif Kureishi) at The Barbican Theatre. A brilliant production - funny, poignant & hard hitting. The book had a profound impact on me as it was one of the first books in mainstream English literature that I read which had characters like me. It made me feel seen. 🤩
