Things got very steamy at SD Public Library for our Let’s Talk about Romance event with writer Nana Malone and Meet Cute Bookshop owner Becca Title this week! Could not not more appreciative to these two ladies for spending time with me.

Dear lots of you: if you put a bunch of emojis in your name, screen readers will read the descriptions of all of them, every time. One or two isn't bad, but a lot is, well, a lot.

One thing before tomorrow:

Use your local libraries.

Get your card.

Borrow books, manga, films, audios, ebooks.

Recommend titles for purchase (usually online).

Attend promoted activities.

Fill out those "How are we doing?" questionnaires.

Tell your kids that libraries are good.

They are.
