ICE is targeting physicians who serve our communities. It is ripping families apart and hurting patients. The Trump Admin should release Dr. Bolivar immediately and end its indiscriminate mass deportation campaign.

I am alarmed by rising American casualties, the destruction of critical military equipment, the rapidly depleting stocks of munitions, and the attacks on civilian targets in Iran.

Last night, the President tried to convince the American people of a war they do not want and cannot afford. Instead of dragging the U.S. into another forever war, the Trump Admin should focus on lowering the cost of things like rent, childcare, and healthcare.

I’ve spent the last 30 years trying to move to Seattle. This is one of the reasons. They are sane.

I miss the 6-foot rule. We need to bring that back. I still wear a mask, which is a cardinal sin here in redneck land. I need to for my health because we do not have herd immunity here for anything. But I also wear it so I can silently swear as I deal with the rednecks.

I have five days to do a class that should take six weeks. I have a serious executive functioning disorder. I have severe anxiety. I'm an Aspie. I'm pretty sure I have ADHD.

So what am I doing right now? What any sane, rational, put-together human would do, scrolling social media.

This is so interesting. When we moved here, we were shocked to learn we have little to no public transit here. We need to fight for this in all states.

I love Monday.

It’s a fresh start. I get to live another week. I get to try new things. I get to love bigger and better.
