A reworked reference sheet of a Meowstic named Charlie. Charlie's physique has become lither, with more curves akin to the cats Meowstic is based on; his legs have adopted a digitigrade style. His previously white fur accents have been changed to a mint green. His white shirt and dark pants remain, though updated to my current artistic style. He now wears a turquoise tie that matches the color of his eyes' sclera. His hair is styled in a similar windswept style as the fur dewlap around his neck. Charlie's tails are not more well defined, two of them with a bit of extra fluff at the base. Charlie's hands are styled as proper paws with lines distinguishing them. His facial expression changed little, with a slight smile and dark accent lines added. Charlie's eyes now have slight bags, indicating a level of tiredness.

A long overdue overhaul of what was meant to be the third main character for my primary project; Charlie's finally gotten his act together. I've got a lot to talk about, which I'll throw in replies or maybe quotes. But here he is, the calm to Elizabeth's storm of emotions. You'll see him more often.
