My promise is this; I’m going to keep trying. While I’m not going to school for art- instead going to school for aesthetician work. I’m going to try to keep making art. If any indication from fanart I recently made- I gotta keep going.

I’m proud of myself for that. While I’m not better fully, I’m able to keep going. I’m proud that person who also asked for help and was given it shades from the people I chose to lean on. I know I’m loved for that reason.

All I remember from around this time last year- I was at my lowest low. I gave up on going to school for art, word of someone who had hurt me before reemerging frightened me, and my dog dying from kidney failure. I’m proud of the person who managed to crawl back up.

Seeing this again really made me look back on the year I just had. It had its ups and downs, from getting to see friends I haven’t seen in years- to family dramas. Meeting my partner- to me struggling with depression again.
