Some bumblebees can’t reach the flower’s nectar. To get around this, they nibble a hole at the base of the flower and steal the nectar inside. This is called nectar robbing 🐝💰

Have you ever wondered how bumblebees collect pollen? 🌻
👑💼 Queen and worker bumblebees have pollen baskets – stiff hairs on a bald, flattened leg. A bumblebee mixes the pollen with nectar and glues the mixture onto the hind leg.
