Wrote an article entitled: “Therapy, Masculinity, and Me: A Personal Reckoning.”
In this post I reflect on my experience as a man in therapy since October 2023, what it’s taught me, what it’s cost, and how it’s helping me rebuild my sense of self.

Just published a new piece on emotional processing & what it means for men—especially those taught to keep the peace instead of feel.
It’s personal, reflective, & rooted in lived experience.

Mentally it’s been a bit tough as the infection really caught me out of nowhere 😔
Forgot to share on here but sadly I developed an infection while here in the work which meant I needed emergency surgery on Wednesday - it’s very unexpected and anxiety inducing.
I’m grateful to be on the mend and if this has taught me anything, it’s that health is truly your wealth.
Had a wonderful morning delivering our men’s peer support program down under in Melbourne, Australia! It’s amazing to continue scaling our curriculum on an international scale 🌼
So grateful for our partners, Taraki and the men who attend our program!
Lisbon had some beautiful sunset yesterday 🌅
I really enjoy the show #alphamales but this season feels so rushed, to the point where moments of personal growth for characters feel brushed over.
I had a wonderful weekend delivering the first peer support space & hosting our celebration dinner for Taraki 🌺
We’ve been working with our cohort for the past 5 months and I’m so proud to be developing our peer support network!
Since I got signed as a model all I do are test shoots and share them for my mum to be happy.
I was on this wonderful podcast discussing my work in mental health, masculinity & South Asian communities!

A thought always crosses my mind then I forget to tweet it, or Bluesky it….
I’m so social media fatigued, it’s unreal.
There are way too many podcast in the world.
I’m so wiped out from the seasonal cold 🥶
Someone took an out of focus shot of me at footy today, much like my shooting game.
I got the dates wrong; she meant January the 6th 😅
I saw someone upload on Linkedin that they were 'both humbled and excited' about something.
I have to admit what a mixture of emotions that must be....
Beautiful sunset in Lisbon today ❤️
Does anyone want to be Instagram friends also?
By trauma chat I mean using laughter as a coping mechanism.
By gossip I mean trauma chat.
I’m seeing my therapist this week, I can’t wait to give her the gossip.
Gladiator 2 is basically gladiator 1 but it features very likeable men.
Not quite threads, not quite Twitter but going well so far this whole blue sky gig.
I get double points on my shopping loyalty card today and I am fucking pumped.
If only life was as exciting as people are on LinkedIn.
It's crazy to think but some of you have known me since I was 19 (through Media Diversified), and now I am 33.
I have grown up online, in the most visible way.
This month marks my 5-year journey with Taraki, from someone who started attending their peer support spaces as a user to now as the Project Lead who has spent the last 3 years growing their peer support model internationally.
To honour my journey I wrote this blog: amhp.org.uk/the-value-of...
I signed as a model here in Lisbon in September and I can tell you, this industry is mad racist.
