Kristi Noem has dodged testifying under oath before us for months.

What happened in Minneapolis was an unacceptable tragedy.

She needs to testify, immediately.

The only reason we know ICE agent Jonathan Ross is the person who murdered Renee Nicole Walker is because Kristi Noem alluded to a previous incident and reporters started digging.
