Coachella is trying to wipe all of the footage of The Strokes protest set so I’m gonna post it here. The last images on the screen made me cry.

I know I sound like old Granny Ashley yelling on her front lawn, but I miss magazines. I miss video stores. I miss music collections. I miss 22 episode television. I miss music videos. I miss when all these things provided jobs that supported people.

OMG, why do they have to be so complicated? When I went through this, it took me hours to get the new one together only to find they sent the wrong size. So then I had to order a new mattress.

Yeah, I went a step further and deleted all most posts before deleting my account just in case. Haven’t looked back. Haven’t missed it a bit.

I am currently read Neil Peart’s memoir Ghost Rider, and he really was such a beautiful writer. Reading him hack his way through grief is, in parts, moving, inspiring, funny, and poetic. We’re lesser for his loss in the word.
