I was able to 1cc 8 in 2021 so I know I can eventually do the same here, just rusty and getting back into it, as well as this one feeling so different in a lot of ways

At that point, I would not be able to stick to a core community of kind people, I'd have to appeal to a much larger audience and focus on being an entertainer rather than hanging out with chat
I was thinking about job stuff because of what's been happening, and what I should pursue in the future
As much as streaming is my main hobby, if I had to do something for a living, it wouldn't be the worst thing, but I think I wouldn't want to be a full time streamer because spending that much time on it sounds exhausting and stressful
I think I'd rather learn IT or web design for a future job
Work schedule in 1 week changing from nights to evenings
So this will affect my stream schedule as well as when I go to bed
I'm nervous about such a big schedule shift
Especially as a polyam person where I already feel guilty for not being great at setting aside time for friends and partners
It really feels that way even though my place is local
They still answer to shareholders despite that, and the management is very hit or miss on competency, while management and HR don't really take anyone who complain about being overworked, understaffed, and underpaid seriously
I just wish I had a better housing opportunity with someone I trust where I could just take a month or a few months off working to decompress, find something a lot more laid back (unrealistic, given how bad the job market is and how bad finding even shitty jobs is) and just get all this stress out
If I didn't have employee housing, I would have fucking left years ago
I feel like I'm going fucking mad by being aware of their gaslighting while it's happening, not falling for it, but still having to play along nicely
This place has done this to me dozens of fucking times over 11 years
I get blamed first whenever anything goes wrong, I have to be paranoid and take pictures of what it's like at work when I get there to back myself up whenever my boss is in a confrontational mood, I get treated with 0 fucking dignity
I hate working here because of how I'm treated, but I need my job
And now I might not have night shift hours anymore because my boss is trying to come up with 70 excuses to go to HR about how working nights is dangerous, unhealthy for people, etc. even though I've been on this shift for 9 years
I'd still be able to come in evenings, but I'm pretty fucking pissed
I've tried saying before, hey, I have disabilities that affect my perception of time, my organization skills, it's why I struggle with coming in at a consistent time, and never have I once in my life gotten any accommodations for them or felt listened to by a workplace, and I'm getting pretty mad
My boss is very weirdly controlling, and is mad at me for coming in late, even though I still work full 8 hour shifts and stay to make the difference whenever I am... I come in at nights + leave when nobody else is there, so I genuinely cannot see how or why it matters, or why they're so controlling
