It’s been a month since I had a heart attack last December 19, 2024.

I thank #God for the this new lease of #life. I won’t waste this second chance.

I have been thinking if I should give up. It’s eleven days now 😢

If TV violence does not affect children’s behavior, perception, and attitude, then why do censorship exist and why there’s regulation? Obviously, human behavior is so complex and uncertainties rests on observed effects on children. If you feed them trash, you get trash result and output.

I had #heartattack last Dec 19. A mild one. My quick reaction and quick thinking saved me.
Always a good thing to listen to your body. I regret I did abused myself by eating fatty foods in the past and neglect exercise. But the scare was a cathartic one.
I refocused my #perspective and #mindset.

It’s my natal day today and I have mixed feelings. But I remain #positive since a fraction of my time I devoted in tge House pf #God. I had some #expectations but seems like it will not happen. Anyway, I still a lot of things to thank for. #PraisebetoGod #ThanksbetoGod
