Madabolic gym is perfect for adhd brain. Different workouts every time, different stations, punching (my favorite!), the class is quick and challenging so I always look forward to it. It’s really help to self-motivate in regular gyms or exercise.

They have a huge meetings calendar and get an annual stipend of $19k (?). I could never make enough to offset my work-time decrease. Council was similarly underpaid - maybe the board needs to be smaller but they definitely should be paid more for the expectations put on them.
