Nothing ruins a restaurant visit for me quite like the unexplained black hole after you've finished your meal and would quite like another drink and/or dessert but the waiters ignore you for 40 minutes like they don't want to make more money from you or for you to leave.

The text on the ad shows the company name of Nybolig (which means New Property) split up by some text so that it makes the sentence "Ny mindre-plads-til-gemmeleg-med-barnebarnet bolig" (which would translate to "New less-space-for-hide-and-seek-with-the-grandchild property"). At the bottom is the company's tagline "Nøglen til det næste" ("The key to the next").
