4.25⭐️ It’s poetic, rather than prescriptive, which might be a turn-off to some, but I found it refreshing actually. I kept thinking about Stephen King’s “On Writing,” to which this can be the perfect companion book.

*AI companies* are perverting the hell out of it and destroying the environment, while *grifters* are taking advantage of the hype and the lack of tech literacy around it trying to sell you on the idea of replacing your work with it.

*AI* is an intriguing piece of technology, and can be a great help for everyone, including writers. First we have to learn and refine it. (We’re well on the way, too, outside of the bubble craze.)

4.25⭐️ Aside from a few snags that I think could’ve been handled better (or edited out completely), it’s a fast-paced, inventive, and on occasion downright poetic ride. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

3.0⭐️ Not for me. I like his ideas, and I respect his work otherwise, but this wasn’t for me. If it wasn’t too “bloggy” for fiction, it was too fiction to be a blog, so it was just “neither here nor there.”

They gutted the Washington Post. CBS. NYT. Now Teen Vogue.

The point isn't to bring in more conservatives. They've reached that saturation point.

They are killing the fourth estate and buying up the social media to control the messages we see. These were all targeted to disarm the left of truth.

If you still have a Twitter account, today is a great day to delete it.

There is nothing going on there that you want to be a part of.

Writing is weird: in bad days you struggle but it’s “ah yes, this is how it’s supposed to be.”

On good days you like it but then the “this was way too easy, it must be bad” hits.

To those who are participating, good luck and don't let the wordcount monster grow by getting too far behind!

some days are better than others. It’s a marathon, not a sprint, so just write. (The goal is to write, anyway, not the 50k 😉)

this year I fully embraced a rebel project. A play, not a novel, and my goal is to get the first draft done - no word count involved in my NaNo

I feel you:) surprisingly, I like what I wrote, and patience isn’t really on my virtues list.

On the other hand, if I don’t like my words, I’m not obligated to share those either:)
