It is a big ordeal, yes.
The new one's gonna start fresh using materials and a head base they already have on hand. The previous maker can continue working on Luki's head, but at his own pace, and only once he manages to pull through the struggles he is going through right now.

Okay, update. Another fur had offered to make Luki a new head a few days ago. I've decided to have them start on that now.

As for Luki's current maker, I've told him to not worry about refunding me; his job now is just to rest up and heal.

He's had commissioners like that in the past, and all of them wore away at his mental health, which right now is bad enough as it stands.

I do not want to become one of them.

Look, he needs this time. I'm not just worried about FWA, I'm worried about him and his well being. I have been not sharing details on purpose because he wants to keep this stuff private.

I'm scared, perhaps even terrified, of what would happen if I made a hard deadline.

I might be overthinking things again, but something happened again, and I'm starting to think we're going to overshoot the new new new deadline for Luki's v3 head being completed.

If that happens, I won't be going to FWA.

I know that some of you are REALLY excited to see Luki's head all finished, but PLEASE **DON'T** message or bother my maker in any way.

He is going through a lot as it is, to the point where his boss has actually told him to take a month off work because it's impacted him that much.

Okayyyy so speaking of Luki's new fursuit head.. I think we're going to have to delay it a fourth time, past the 28th. I won't be saying much as to why for the maker's own safety, but from what I've heard, he will be back home either tomorrow or the day after.
