I guess I'm thinking this is a training or enforcement problem but could merely end up as justification to lower College of Policing standards. This all sounds familiar. Last month the Gloucestershire Police & Crime Panel backed a Green amendment to the Constabulary's budget demanding information on the work being done to address the inequity surrounding stop & search, arrests, charging decisions & use of force.

I know Simon well from canvassing. Great guy, but wrong party. It pains me that we'll stand against him, but it's clear what the electorate want; and it's not Labour.
