Tourism tax: Wales' plans for charge on visitors to be published Visitors might pay a charge when staying overnight in Wales under plans to be outlined later.

This is good news ... and I welcome the local flexibility here. I suspect some councils will adopt the (small) levy promptly and reap the benefits and in a decade it will be accepted common sense www.bbc.co.uk/news/article...

Storyville Books Bookshop UK Nestled in the rolling hills of the South Wales valleys, we are the only independent bookshop in Pontypridd, selling new books and more.

⚠️ Pontypridd has been hit by devastating floods and our wonderful independent bookshop, Storyville Books, has seen much of its stock destroyed.

If you’re able to buy a book from them, this would go such a long way to help support them rebuild in the aftermath.

A repeat thought, Bluesky, & a Librarian told you this so it must be true 🤣

Audiobooks definitely count as reading (as well as listening). If you've played through an audioook, its perfectly fine to describe that as "I have read [x]"

All other forms of assistive software count as reading too 💙📚
