Happened to me when I had a glass computer desk. Destroyed my tablet and scratched up a few other things. Thankfully my monitors did not crash to the floor, so they were spared.
I swore off glass furniture just because of that.
Woke up after only 2 hours of sleep, brain going on every series of thoughts imaginable and unable to get back to sleep after nearly 5 hours of trying.

So in short.
Disconnect every dangle. Restart steam VR.
Turn on and pair controllers.
Plug in one dangle at a time and pair the trackers.
No. It worked before. Plugged everything back in after moving and now it is nothing but problems.
I set up my pc as I had before. The 3 dangles are plugged into a universal bus that is plugged into the back of my pc. But the problem persists.
Anyone know why steam vr only pairs two controllers and one tracker, or three trackers and no controllers?
I am about to lose my mind over this...
