There is an action where the region is automatically named the name of the item. I use it a lot. That way you can perhaps filter in the region manager? I don't think I'd go that far cause this would be a one off action. And I'd be happy already not having to make the 280 cuts one by one.

Not in studio but I would say this:
1. Action "Make region from each take" in track 2;
2. Go to track 1
3. Action "split item at region"

That's how you rally a nation behind a useless project.

Am sorry. This sounds too negative and I have learned a lot from your videos. I would love to see Cockos develop this feature. It's stuck somewhere halfway. Reaper does help with the creative process of making a video. But the final video part is better edited in a dedicated app. Like Davinci.

I tried again last week but it's so messy and feeling like you constantly need to work around things getting in the way that in the end I decided to do the audio in Reaper and finish the visual part in Davinci. Which is a breeze.
