Ossoff: "The WH put out a video depicting this war as a video game. When service members are returning in flag-draped coffins, & even more have lost limbs or suffered brain injuries or are fighting for their lives, this WH treats war like a game. It's a disgrace. And it speaks to a moral rot."

I routinely delete non-personal pictures, but I did have this saved still. I'm sorry sir, by the laws of bluesky you are required to advise me.
A very fluffy tiny white kitten stares to the side while sitting on a footrest.
Oh that looks like this fluffy tater tot that we found and fostered a while back.
... and this, this is why I read the books. :)
Dandelion, a giant fluffy orange cat, is sitting on top of a cat tree that is made of a solid branch with a green top that looks like a soft and fuzzy crown.
Really not sure what he saw, but he was beautiful while doing it.
That voice. Well yes, very much thank you :)
I'd learn how to install Linux on VMware Fusion, running on my Mac, from a Debian iso image. I'd learn how to setup up SSH and rehash the debate around what the best shell to use. I'd go with Zsh and fall down the Oh My Zsh rabbit hole.
I'd also learn why it's GNU/Linux and not just Linux.
What would I do in a situation like this?
If I were just starting my career, I'd be listening to everything. I'd bet on the future and hedge on the fundamentals. I'd pick the most popular agentic coding tool and go all in. I'd hedge that bet by learning the fundamentals of software development.

I'm so very sorry. Lots of softness and love from all of us here.

A comic book panel with a man's huge face in the left foreground, with a woman behind right in the distance, a sun behind her with its rays shooting out. HIS WORD BALLOON: "And now the enemies of democracy are on the run ... they will never take over OUR country!"" HER WORD BALLOON: "Let's hope and pray for a quick end to all dictators."
And now for a string of previous context-free comic book panels of the day which seem worth resharing as we struggle to survive Donald Trump's war on America.
"Let's hope and pray for a quick end to all dictators."
Yes. Art is for everyone.

We may not be the best at helping make the bed but we are adorable.
“Our House” by Crosby, stills, Nash, & young is one of my favorite songs. Not many love songs talk about the mundane moments in life which make up most of our days. That’s what I always romanticized ❤️
