I do have to note that I think mental health treatment is a LOT better now than it was. I found out the last time I was on antidepressants that basically the doctor at the time was just giving me the same thing but with different names, for example. It's good to have a competent doctor work with you

My 1st script started working within a month. I take multiple things because I'm in the middle of my doc figuring out the most effective combo. Had some with a few physical side effects and some just didn't do anything. If that happens we stop and try others. None have changed my sense of self.
