Even in English there's more than one r pronunciation. Take 'car' for example. In America? Car with a hard r. British though can be pronounced non-rhotic like cauh.

Italians always keep the Italian pronunciation on foreign words to maintain the sound. Meanwhile me, a native English speaker, dead drop the English pronunciation on English words in my Italian sentences which throws them off :)
