This is such a ray of sunshine in a dark time! Well deserved and creates great visibility for all of us trans folks fighting the good fight! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

It’s crucial for trans youth to see that, no matter how high the political temperature rises, trans adulthood is still within reach for them. Always.
Thank you @huffpost.com for publishing my personal story on this #TransDayOfVisibility
For Trans Day of Visibility, come learn about 10 notable transgender parents—authors, journalists, musicians, athletes, advocates, and an actual rocket scientist, among other things. They’ve made positive marks on both the world and their families. mombian.com/2026/03/31/f...
"When I look in the mirror and notice a new gray hair, I don’t panic. I smile. It reminds me, a trans woman, that I am growing… It is a small, ordinary milestone. And it’s a feeling that every trans young person deserves the chance to experience."

The webinar was very informative - thank you!

Real Housewives on the Hill! Cast members met with Congress to advocate for PrEP coverage. This is a great example of using pop culture for policy.

Feeling inspired after spending time with the Coalition for LGBTQ+ Youth! 🌈
We’re a new collective of youth-serving organizations working together to support and protect LGBTQ+ young people at a time when they need us most.

Trans people use IDs for the same reasons as anyone else - to work, drive, travel. We need them to match who we are so that we can simply move through our lives without issue. Forcing trans people to use inaccurate IDs helps no one.
Thanks for amplifying! See you there

It’s so fun! Stupid, silly, lighthearted fun! 🐍
100%! Thank you for fighting for your kiddo
More of this.
I have a trans kid & they don't understand why people have so many questions about them.
I've said to kiddo answer if you find it comfortable, if you're uncomfortable send them to ask me.
People can have questions, the big BUT is find people happy to answer them or organisations.
Do you want to learn how to talk about trans issues with your friends and family without devolving into name calling? Do you have questions about what it’s like to be trans that you’re reluctant to ask for scared of being cancelled? Do you work at a company or organization that’s stumped on what to say about trans issues? Reach out to me. I do workshops and speaking events and more on all of this. I got you

Wow, thank you Gayety for this beautiful profile. 🥹
I’m committed to persuasion over polarization, and honored to focus on that at The Trevor Project.
If we want everyday trans youth around the country to have a brighter future, we simply must go beyond the traditional echo chambers.
hey, I'm a reporter looking to talk with other LGBTQ+ folks about their relationship to smoking (cigarettes). are you trying to quit? did you pick it back up again recently? do all your friends smoke? let's talk! DM me or Signal me @orionr.80

Being a teenager is hard enough. I can't imagine being a young trans person these days, trying to figure out who I am while seeing constant headlines that I don't belong, that I don’t deserve something as essential as healthcare.
Thanks ABC News for having Dr. Ladinsky & me on.

Anti-trans sports bans lack any nuance.
Here’s a trans woman excluded in DARTS! 🎯
We need rules for fairness, but these blanket bans are so sweeping that they treat archery & bowling the same as football & basketball, and apply to everyone from elite college athletes to elementary schoolers.
Our counselors at The Trevor Project regularly hear from transgender youth who are scared and anxious over the anti-trans politics they’re hearing about in the news.
Even when these bills fail to pass, the rising anti-trans rhetoric hurts our young people’s mental health 💔
My dad is a Vietnam vet. When I told him I was trans, he didn’t get it. Most parents don’t.
Later he told me: when you’re in a foxhole, you don’t care who the guy next to you is, only if he has your back.
Change can happen.

I’m starting a new job!
My mission has long been to stop LGBTQ, and especially trans, people from being seen as political footballs and start getting us seen as real people - your friends, families, neighbors.
Now I get to focus on that at @trevorproject.bsky.social 🏳️🌈
So proud to join this team 🚀
Yellow background with scattered books: “Happy Banned Books Week!” followed by a list: Read a favorite banned book; defend freedom of speech in schools; show appreciation for librarians and educators; remind community that books expand perspectives; get another banned book from the local library. It's Banned Books Week! Join us this year as we celebrate the freedom to read whatever we choose – free from government interference. Being able to learn about and engage with new ideas, especially those we may disagree with, is foundational to any healthy democracy.
